What is the maximum file size I can upload?
It depends on your plan. You can send up to 1 GB per transfer free, with or without an account. Essential raises that to 20 GB, Professional to 40 GB, and Enterprise has no size cap. Chunked uploads keep even the largest files reliable on slower connections.
Do recipients need an account to download?
No! Anyone with the download link can access and download files instantly. No sign-up, no app installation required. If you've set a password on the transfer, they'll just need to enter that password first.
How long do shared files stay available?
Without an account, links stay live for 3 days. Free accounts get 15 days. On paid plans, links never expire unless you choose an expiry date.
Can I send files to multiple recipients?
Yes! Share the download link with as many people as you want. You can also set download limits to control how many times the files can be downloaded. For email transfers, you can send to multiple addresses at once.
Is there a limit on the number of transfers?
There's no monthly quota. Plans limit how many transfers you have active at once: 5 on a free account, 100 on Essential, 300 on Professional, and unlimited on Enterprise. When a transfer expires or you delete it, the slot frees up. Check our pricing page for full plan details.
