1. Eligible Subscriptions
Refunds under this policy are available only for purchases of yearly plans or longer-term subscriptions (e.g., 12-month, 24-month or multi-year plans). Monthly plans, free trials, add-ons and one-time purchases are not eligible for the “no questions asked” refund.
2. 15-Day Full Refund Window
If you purchase a yearly or longer subscription and you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 15 calendar days of your subscription activation date. No reason needs to be provided.
3. How to Request a Refund
- Send your refund request via email to: [your-support@everytransfer.com] with the subject line “Refund Request – [Your Account ID/Order Number]”.
- Provide your subscriber name, email address used for subscription, plan name and purchase date.
- We will process your refund request within [5-10] business days of receiving your complete information.
- After approval, the refund will be credited via the same payment method used for purchase (or an alternate method if needed). The exact time for funds to reach you depends on your bank/payment provider.
4. After the Refund Period or Ineligible Plans
- If you request a refund after the 15-day window, or if you purchased a plan which is not eligible under Section 1, we reserve the right to deny the refund.
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your paid period unless cancelled. We recommend cancelling any renewal if you do not wish to continue.
5. Limitations & Exceptions
- Refunds are only for the subscription fee; any usage overage, third-party costs, or non-refundable taxes/fees may not be refundable.
- In case of fraud, abuse or violation of our Terms & Conditions by you, we may refuse the refund and/or terminate the subscription.
- For customers in jurisdictions with consumer-protection laws that mandate longer refund windows or other rights (e.g., EU, some Indian states), those laws may override certain aspects of this policy.
- We reserve the right to amend or update this policy at any time; changes will reflect on the website and apply only to purchases after the change becomes effective.
