These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website https://everytransfer.com (“Website”) and the services provided by EveryTransfer (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Website or our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Website.

7. Payments, Refunds & Billing

  1. Paid plans are billed as per the pricing and plan terms displayed on the Website.
  2. Payment methods accepted may include credit-cards, PayPal and other methods (including Razorpay for Indian users).

  4. If you cancel a subscription, you may still have access until the end of the paid period, but no refunds are guaranteed unless specified.
  5. We reserve the right to modify pricing; changes will apply to new subscriptions, and existing subscriptions may be grandfathered or updated as described on the Website.


8. Security, Disclaimer & Warranty

10. Termination & Suspension

  1. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms or for any reason at our discretion.
  2. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately. You remain responsible for any fees incurred prior to termination.
  3. We may delete or block access to your Content after account termination or prolonged inactivity.


11. Data Retention & File Expiry

  1. You may set retention, expiry or download-limit parameters for your transfers.

  3. After expiry or upon termination, files may be permanently deleted. Ensure you maintain necessary backups.
  4. We are not responsible for any loss of your files if you exceed retention or expiry settings or lose access.


12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
