1. Legal Compliance
1.1 You must obey all applicable laws and regulations (local, national, international) when uploading, sharing or distributing content via EveryTransfer.
1.2 If the content you share or distribute violates law or regulation, we will remove it and may suspend or terminate your access.
2. Hate Speech, Threats & Harassment
2.1 Content that includes hate speech, threats or harassment targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age or disability is prohibited.
2.2 We will take down such content and may take further action against the responsible user.
3. Pornography & Sexually Explicit Content
3.1 You may not sell, share or promote content that is pornographic, explicitly sexual, or intended for sexual gratification if it’s monetised or distributed inappropriately via our service.
3.2 We allow consensual adult sharing in appropriate contexts, but monetisation of explicit sexual content is not allowed via our platform.
4. Violence & Graphic Content
4.1 We prohibit sharing or selling real-world violence, graphic imagery (slaughter, death, decapitation, animal or human abuse), terror or extremist propaganda.
4.2 Content that glorifies violence or encourages it will be removed.
5. Misinformation
5.1 We do not allow content that is deliberately false or misleading (e.g., fake news, harmful conspiracy theories, false medical claims).
5.2 We may remove content that is highly deceptive or presents a risk of harm.
6. Fraud, Scams & Malware
6.1 Content intended for fraudulent or deceptive purposes (scams, phishing, pyramid schemes), or sharing malware, viruses or other harmful code is prohibited.
6.2 We will act promptly to remove such content and may block the relevant accounts.
7. Intellectual Property Infringement
7.1 You must not upload, share or sell content that violates copyrights, trademarks or patents unless you have the necessary rights.
7.2 Content that infringes intellectual property shall be removed when identified or reported.
8. Illicit Goods & Services
8.1 Content promoting or facilitating the sale/distribution of illegal or prohibited goods/services (drugs, weapons, human trafficking) is strictly prohibited.
8.2 Such content will be removed and we may suspend user access or alert authorities where required.
9. Minors & Harmful Content
9.1 Content that is harmful, explicit or otherwise inappropriate for minors is not allowed.
9.2 We are committed to protecting minors and will remove content that exploits or harms minors.
10. Deepfakes, Manipulated Media & Impersonation
10.1 Content that uses deep-fake technology, AI-generated media, manipulated audio/video intended to mislead or deceive is prohibited.
10.2 Impersonating someone or an organisation for malicious intent is also strictly prohibited.
11. Extremist Ideologies
11.1 Content promoting or glorifying extremist ideologies, hate groups or terrorist organisations is not permitted.
11.2 We will remove such content and may participate in reporting to relevant authorities where required.
12. Self-Harm & Suicide
12.1 Content that promotes or encourages self-harm or suicide, including explicit instructions or graphic imagery, is strictly prohibited.
12.2 If you are in crisis, please seek help from official support organisations.
13. Privacy & Personal Rights
13.1 You shall not share private personal data (addresses, phone numbers, sensitive personal info) of individuals without consent.
13.2 Content that violates someone’s privacy or personal rights will be removed and may result in action against user.
14. Regional Law & Local Restrictions
14.1 Users must follow local laws and restrictions applicable in their region/country regarding certain types of content.
14.2 Non-compliance may lead to removal of content or other actions.
15. General Terms & Other Policies
15.1 Content must comply with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and other relevant policies.
15.2 Violations of these rules may result in removal of content, suspension or termination of account, and denial of future service.
Enforcement & Process
- We use a mix of automated tools, user reports and human review to monitor content.
- We aim to act promptly; standards for removal are defined and consistent.
- For borderline or complex cases, human review will decide. Automated detection alone is insufficient.
- We preserve the right to remove any content that violates this policy, and to suspend or terminate user accounts engaging in repeated violations.
